- Handle it with care and avoid excessive force when pulling the threads to put it on, as this could affect the beadwork.
- Clean it gently with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use brushes, abrasive cleaners, or immerse the piece in water.
Note: Each piece is handcrafted by talented artisans, placing bead by bead to form its designs. Slight variations in color or weave are part of its authenticity and make each creation truly unique.

We accept exchanges and returns under certain conditions. If you need to request an exchange or return, please contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and retain their original packaging and tags. If the exchange or return is not due to an original defect, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If your product has an original defect or you received an item different from the one requested, we will gladly review your case and offer you the appropriate solution, either a replacement (subject to availability), a refund, or an e-voucher. In these cases, Kuku Boutique will cover the shipping costs.
