We accept exchanges and returns under certain conditions. If you need to request an exchange or return, please contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and retain their original packaging and tags. When the exchange or return is not due to a manufacturing defect, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If your product has a manufacturing defect or you received an item different from the one ordered, we will gladly review your case and offer you the corresponding solution, whether it's a replacement (subject to availability), a refund, or an electronic voucher. In these cases, Kuku Boutique will cover the shipping costs.
